Design
If your plans are drawn for conventional framing, IntelliStructures can assist
you in making the conversion to panels. IntelliStructures can coordinate plan-review
and generate panel lay-out drawings for any project.
Fabrication
The term fabrication implies the cutting of panels as well as edge treatment
to prepare the panel for installation. Fabrication can be done either on-site
or prior to shipment. The Insulspan Panel that IntelliStructures
provides is most commonly provided with fabrication having been completed in the
factory. Insulspan employs a Hundegger® panel cutting saw. This seven axis computer-controlled
piece of equipment can accurately cut your project with exacting tolerances and unparalleled speed.
The IntelliStructures team will provide a pre-cut package on most jobs. We do, however, have the means to provide site fabrication when the situation requires. Let IntelliStructures determine the right mix of pre-cut and site-cut to effectively and efficiently complete your project.
